Victor Crawford serves as an Elder at Rivertown Grace Fellowship, where he helps shepherd the congregation through teaching, preaching, and pastoral care. He seeks to lead with humility, wisdom, and faithfulness to God’s Word, with a deep commitment to sound doctrine, Christ-centered worship, and the spiritual health of the local church.

A lifelong resident of Conway, Victor currently serves as Head of School at Conway Christian School, providing spiritual and academic leadership rooted in a biblical worldview. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Communications and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Bob Jones University. Victor and his wife, Robin, have been married for over twenty years and are blessed with five children. Prior to helping form Rivertown Grace Fellowship, he served for many years in pastoral ministry at other churches, gaining experience in preaching, discipleship, and church leadership.
